February Half Term Club

Our February Half Term Club is open for a week. Despite the potential chill, we have lots of great activities lined up to keep the children warm.

February 18-22. The club is open to children aged between 6-12 years old.

We want children to experience the Green Outdoors, develop new skills, meet new friends and gain confidence. Whatever the weather, we offer hiking, shelter building, backwoods cooking, crafts, pioneering, games, pond dipping, blind trails, obstacle courses and loads more…

Our goal is simple, we want to get children outdoors, to take in some fresh air, to open their eyes to the wonders of nature, to get their hands dirty, to enjoy a challenging range of activities, to grow in confidence and to have fun. Learning new skills, being outside, having adventures and making friends are invaluable and positive lessons in the development of all children.

The Green Outdoors team will provide food for the children.

As part of our daily activities we provide all the children with a hot lunch, so there is no need for you to prepare a lunchbox. Throughout the day we also provide healthy snacks, fruit and drinks (and the odd sneaky biscuit). We cater for vegetarians and children who need Gluten free food.

For any children arriving between 8:00-9:00 we can offer a light breakfast of cereal, toast or fruit, and for those staying until 17:00-18:00 we will prepare a light tea.

The costs are:
Full day 09:00 – 17:00 – £35.00 per child with 15% sibling discount (£29.75)
Early drop off 08:00 – 09:00 – +£2.50
Extended collection 17:00 – 18:00 – +£2.50 (extended drop off is not available on Thurs Oct 18)
